Bangohan

Bangohan means dinner.
Today I cooked Japanese style curry not Indian style.
This is daily meal for lunch and dinner,usually eat with rice.

Ingredients:potatoes,carrots,
     spring onions and beef

In my city Osaka, beef  is a
favoured ingredient,but in Tokyo
people often use pork instead.
Eastern Japan(kanto)and western
Japan(kansai)have quite different food cultures.






  With salad and Japanese pickles.              Yummy!!!
