Sounds might be strange for you but Japanese people say "Hot cake",it means pan cake.
Today I cooked matcha(powdered green tea) flavored hot cake.Matcha flavour is very popular in Japan and of course I love it!!!
The unique fragrance and flavour of powdered green tea go well with dairy products, so it's perfect as an ingredient in Western desserts.
If you love matcha I recommend this matcha hot cake as your breakfast!!!
I added them into my usual pan cake
*1tbsp powdered green tea
*soybeans milk instead of milk
oh, i will try that. how do you serve it? with icecream?
